Practice Policies

No Show Policy

Please note that the clinician will wait 10 minutes for a client to show prior to marking it a no show with no communication. You will be responsible for a $100 fee if a session is marked as a no show.

All future appointment are automatically cancelled after a no show and can be rescheduled upon conversation and agreement between you and your clinician.

24-Hour Cancellation Policy

Please remember to cancel or reschedule appointments 24 hours in advance. You will be responsible for a $75 fee if cancellation is less than 24hours.

Driving Policy

Under no circumstances will driving during session be permitted. Due to liability and safety reasons, the session will be cancelled if a person is driving at the time of session. This will be considered a late cancellation and will result in the $75 fee.

Payments

A card must be on file for services. If a client has a copay, coinsurance or a deductible, it is due at the time of service through Simple Practice.
